He holds a Master’s degree from the University of Birmingham (England) and graduated from Tashkent State University of Economics with a degree in Accounting and Auditing. He is a highly qualified professional specialist in the field of international financial reporting and auditing standards, an ACCA certified specialist.

The holder of the certificates DipIFR, 9/13 ACCA, MRICS and REV, which confirm his qualifications in the field of international financial reporting and valuation. Member of the Association of Appraisal Organizations of Uzbekistan and the Association “Russian Society of Appraisers” of the Russian Federation. He is a recognized appraiser in the European Union (EU), which underlines his high professionalism and international recognition in the field of asset and real estate valuation.

He graduated from Tashkent State University of Economics (BSc), Banking and Finance Academy (MSc). Holder of the certificate “Advanced Management Program in Islamic Banking and Finance” from Utara University, Malaysia. Currently Doctorate researcher at Utara University Malaysia, which underlines his commitment to developing and deepening knowledge in the field of Islamic banking and finance.
